Section 01

Plan for movement first

A rotation schedule is a map problem as much as a time problem.

List groups/classes, stations, time blocks, starting positions, water/rest stops, and rainy-day notes.

Section 02

Print teacher packets

Print maps, assignments, and station notes that are easy to skim.

Write the packet so it still makes sense after you hand it off.

Section 03

Leave room for local rules

Do not put school-specific supervision, medical, or emergency procedures into the tool.

Use reminders to check official school instructions.
